Showtime Information

 

Come to the theatre early to enjoy a cocktail or cup of coffee at the Bardavon/UPAC-owned and operated bars. The Bars open one hour before curtain and remains open until final intermission. The management requests that you kindly not carry food and beverages into the auditorium.

There is secure and convenient parking available. Event staff will direct you. When attending events at the Bardavon, please avoid parking in private lots on Cannon Street and Market Streets.

The Bardavon and UPAC management is not responsible for immobilization/towing fees or damages to patrons' vehicles parked in restricted, public and/or private lots.

 

NEED CASH? An ATM machine is located next to the Bardavon at the Bank of America on the corner of Market and Cannon streets. At UPAC, an ATM is located at the Mobil Station store on the corner of Broadway and Henry Streets.

 

Bardavon restrooms (including a unisex wheelchair-accessible one) are located off the main lobby.  UPAC unisex and wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located off the main lobby.  Women's and men's restrooms are located on the second floor of the lobby.

 

For our patrons in wheelchairs, the Bardavon and UPAC have a limited number of designated seating locations. Please notify the Box Office when ordering tickets so that we may seat you and your party comfortably.

 

The Bardavon has a barrier-free water cooler is located in the inner lobby.

 

The Bardavon's and UPAC's Infrared Listening System can add to anyone's enjoyment of a performance by improving sound quality and volume control, and can aid patrons with a hearing loss of up to 75%. The wireless, lightweight headsets can be used from any seat and a limited number are available at the Box Office with a suggested donation of $2 per performance.

 

Smoking is prohibited in the Bardavon. For your convenience, however, ashtrays are provided outside the front entrance under the marquee.

 

Fire Exits are indicated by an illuminated sign above the exit doors and are the shortest routes to the street. In the event of a fire or other emergency, walk to the nearest exit.

 

Doctors on call during the performance should give their seat locations to the Box Office before curtain.

 

In case of emergency, babysitters or others may contact patrons through the Bardavon Box Office (845) 473-2072 or the UPAC Box Office (845) 339-6088.

 

The taking of photographs and/or the use of recording devices inside the theater is strictly prohibited.

 

Latecomers will be admitted at the first convenient pause in the performance and will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

 

Please note: To be admitted, everyone must have a ticket, including infants.
